I've added a few of the organisations I've personally found helpful over the course of the last ten years. Some are related to mental health, whilst others are purely photographic. All have contributed in some way to my wellbeing and have got me to where I am today. I urge anybody suffering from poor mental health or their carers to seek help at the earliest opportunity. If you have to shout for help then shout. Don't accept you or your loved ones aren't worth the help. Everyone has worth, and everyone needs a helping hand at some point in their lives.
